Just had a lovely weekend we have really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel and room were lovely and beautifullly decorated for christmas. The food was delicious and generous portions. We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff who were very friendly. Will definitely be back. Xx
I have just returned from a 4 day break at the strand hotel. And it was perfect I stayed on a b&b&d . The room was lovely comfortable bed. Great entertainment in the evening. And the food was very nice freshly cooked. The staff are absolutely brilliant. Everyone of them. I will certainly be there again very soon. Thanks for looking after us. First & last s.c. glasgow.
Just got back today, stayed Monday to Friday. Its a lovely hotel, great food and staff, the beds are so comfy. Nothing negative about all of my stay. Will definitely go back there
Returned home last night from a weeks holiday here and can’t say a bad thing about my stay! There was 35 in our party and everyone was made so welcome, our party were delighted by the facilities, and said it was like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for staff to carry out. Would like to say a big thank you to Mary, Brian, Amy, Maria, Colin and Lee and all the other staff whose names I didn’t get. Would also like to apologise personally to Brian and Mary for not saying goodbye when we left as I left to make sure everyone was on the bus! We will definitely be back next year for our summer holidays xx
Had last weekend at the Strand. Couldn’t fault anything. Hotel was very clean, tastefully decorated, staff were friendly and most helpful, good choices with meals. Location great and bonus was air show with Red Arrows. Would recommend and we will return.
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was generally clean and the the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is included and has a great selection of items to choose from. The bar area has a sea view as do many if the rooms. Will book again.
Just returned from a weekend stay at the Strand with K & M travel Barnsley. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Maria served our meals and she was lovely. The food was excellent, could not have been better. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment and bingo and were even served with sandwiches each evening. All in all a lovely stay would not hesitate to visit again.
So i came here to stay on Friday the 3rd of October the staff were absolutely amazing so helpful the room was clean tidy and upto excellent standard arrived early and was allowed to go upto the room when I walked in the downstairs of the hotel was absolutely beautiful clean and tidy hygiene was perfect throughout id definitely absolutely stay here again so pleased was really worth it locations perfect within shops and promenade bars clean and tidy so pleased with this thank you for having us we will be back again xx
